This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product.

What a great product for easy exercise! This system would work very well in small spaces. It is small enough to pack and take when traveling. The material is good quality. It stays in place on the door. I am very pleased with this product and it is a fraction of the cost of systems that need to be anchored into the wall!

This system worked perfectly on my bedroom door. I am able to get a full workout in daily with minimum setup! I highly recommend this if you are limited in space.

I was really looking forward to utilizing and adding this product to my home gym. I must report that the strap fits well around the door, however the clip is not enough to hold the strap as it pulls away from the door several inches. I am afraid that this will cause one to have a serious injury (safety concern for sure). It would be nice if there were a solution to this issue as I can see this product being a great workout tool if not for the risk it poses. I would love to keep the product versus sending it back of which will be inevitable if a resolution is not in sight. Some of the earlier customer reviews were correct about this product (trouble with strap). Please offer any fix for this issue before someone gets hurt and prior to my sending it back. Updated review: Rating changed after reading customer review of using binder clips to correct strap issue. Works well with no issues.

I am a renter and the one door I can use is old. I was concerned about the pressure cinching the strap to the door would cause. Plus when I work out how would the tension affect the door. I figured I would try it and if I felt it would damage to door I would send it back. The straps are solid and sturdy and they did just fine in the door. No issues. The instruction for how to install are clear and concise. When I used the 10lb band there were not any issues due to the tension or strain on the door. I’m pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to keeping this for my home gym workouts. .

I love it. It is perfect for home exercise.

Brilliant piece of equipment! Easy to set up, and you can work on all major muscle groups. There are plenty of workouts on YouTube to follow, and it’s great for travelling too.

This is really good for me to do workout at home. When I can get to the gym. Love the different stretch band weights. I can workout all different muscles groups in my body. I’m loving it at the moment.
