Great customer support
I got these and didn’t use them for over a month. My first try using two of them, they didn’t light. No fluid in them. I tried the other three and perfect. I tried to return but was past the window so I emailed the company and without any hesitation the reimbursed me for the two that did not work. Great service and fast responses alone got this 5 stars, but the lighters (when filled) work great!

The best refillable soft flame quality lighters
I have purchased nearly every brand of refillable soft flame lights and this is the sturdiest with actual usable adjustment for flame size. Came full of fluid. Gradient is beautiful metallic like finish. I’m seriously very impressed. *****. 5 stars absolutely

Too stiff for a senior citizen
Wow was the a stiff clicker. But Im ok I gave it to my husband to light his cigar. my candle will use another..

My favorite lighter
I've been using these lighters for years. They are excellent for lighting candles, pipes(tobacco, etc) and good if you just don't like getting your fingers close to the flame. I've read some of the negative comments, which caused me to check my remaining lighters. They all work after at least three starts. Maybe they just got a bad bunch. I've never run into that. I'm very happy with how these lighters perform.

When they arrived, 2 of the 5 didn't work. The others were fine. It took me a while to find an adapter so I could refill these with butane from canisters that go with with camping stove. After I refilled them, the lighters started working poorly with the flame jumping from large to small. Now the flames are so weak (even on the biggest setting) that there is sometimes none at all.Now I'm putting them in the trash and looking for new refillable lighters.

Don’t buy
Some don’t work since i got them and the ones that work ended within a week. Very disappointing!

You need super human strength to use them.
The button to press down is so stiff I can't light them, my husband has to do it. I hope they loosen up.
