Is this handle easy to slide off? I saw some comments saying it's easy to slide off

I’m guessing you’re wondering if the handles will slide off easily during your exercises and from my experience with the roller I have yet had them slide off on me. I can’t speak for other users but it may be some user error that comes in to play. I’m sure it comes from improper use. I weigh 200 lbs.

Solidly built exercise equipment

Feels very solid, nice little mat for your knees that it comes with, it's a nice exercise, maybe the only problem is that it feels like it targets the lower chest muscles as much as the stomach, but it is what it is. Doing 5 reps of these feels like doing 50 crunches.
