Love this tool!
This tool is FREAKING AMAZING! I was hesitant to purchase after reading some negative reviews but when I saw it on Prime Day, and since we're moving soon, I decided to give it a try. When it arrived my husband and I immediately put it to use to hang our master bathroom mirrors (gotta save some money ;)) It took a job that would've otherwise taken a while and been a pain in the butt and turned it into an easy 5 minutes job per mirror! We almost paid a company $35/mirror to hang them but I'm so glad we didn't and I purchased this tool instead. Now I'm actually excited to hang all our pictures in the new house! So fast, easy, and accurate!

Worked for me.
I bought this because I thought it was a brilliant idea and didn’t start reading reviews until after I purchased it. I got very concerned, based on all the negative reviews, but thought I would give it a try. Although I agree with some of the feedback about the design shortcomings, I found it easy to use and it made quick work of the pictures I was hanging. (I do recommend using your own level since I was unsure of the accuracy of the one attached.)

Great Idea That Works!
Yes, it really works! It’s easy to use and eliminates having to use rulers and marking up the wall. What a timesaver!

Not As Great As the Video Presents It
The Hang It Perfect is OK, but definitely not as big of a game changer as the demo videos present it as. Why? Well: 1) It's kind of cheaply built. 2) The level in the back is a pain in the butt to move. It doesn't slide easily along the track--I basically had to beat it into place with the end of a plastic easy square. 3) When you're dealing with a "normal" sized picture frame (even a large 10 X 20 frame) you're working with a smallish part of the ruler. It's a pain to get it evenly placed on the wall (especially since you're basically placing the knobs against the face of the wall) and the whole things wants to slide out of place when you try to push down the arm to mark the nail hole spot. 4) Unless you're using it to hang equally sized frames, you have to constantly remeasure each frame 5) It's useless if you want to have a bottom aligned row of frames 6) Make sure you really think through your alignment when changing to a new row. I completely screwed up my bottom row by using a corner of the above row as the reference point. I had really wanted to have the corner of the bottom row offset from the center point of the frame above. I didn't see my error until I had already hanged an entire row. 7) And lastly, if you are hanging frames horizontally BELOW your reference frames, you have to move the fricking row of reference frames out of the way to use the Hang it Perfect because the sliding arms are most likely going to hit the frames you've already hanged! Maybe I wouldn't have had so much aggravation if I had planned ahead better. My reference frame was in the middle of the middle row. I should've just manually figured out where the top row needed to start and gone from there. So this thing is OK. I think the sweet spot for it is hanging larger artwork--it will help you easily locate where to put your nails/mounting hardware, and for hanging rows of same-sized frames.

Solid product.
Easy to use and works great. I agree with other comments that you use your own level with this tool, it’s more accurate than the built in level.

A good tool
This is mainly for hanging larger pictures or even posters where you may have hooks on each side of the frame. This allows you to hang your picture level by getting the width needed, setting the arms of the hanging tool in place, taking it to the wall, and marking where the nail holes go. The tool has a built-in level so you do not have to guess where the nail holes need to line up with each other. It is definitely worth the purchase.

Just BUY IT!!!
BEST TOOL EVER! I have no idea why someone would give this less than 5 stars but I'm SO GLAD I didn't listen to the opinion of others! I'm a woman who has a very basic knowledge of tool usage but was able to hang 4 different frames PERFECTLY (in only about 5 minutes each) on the first try. Two of the things I hung were shelves that my son puts cars on so obviously they have to be level or it will be more like a hill for the cars to ride down on! The cars sit without the slightest roll. I highly recommend this if you ever find yourself hanging things with 2 hooks!

Flimsy plastic / Short Hooks - only works for some picture frames / hanging styles
I just moved and had a lot of pictures and artwork to hang. Having done this once before, I wasn't looking forward to running around with a level, a measuring tape, a pencil, etc. (And then being told it was all wrong by my SO and having to do it all over again...) Was really hoping this would be the product to save me. Issue #1 to be aware of. The plastic hooks on the device that you set on the frame are very short and a little thick. If you have a frame to hang with the jagged edge sawtooth hangers or something similar that's very close to the frame itself, you don't have much room to work with. It really would have been better if the hooks were much smaller in diameter and the "arms" a little longer so that you can get an accurate measurement with frames that don't use a wire. Issue # 2, which would seem to contradict # 1, is that the plastic hooks are VERY flimsy. One broke when I was pressing on it to mark the nail hole on the 3rd picture I hung. So now the device is essentially unusable. I know - I just said that the hooks themselves should be smaller. And now I'm saying they need to be sturdier. My recommendation is to use something other than low grade plastic. Maybe the hook portion needs to be metal? Something that doesn't break off under moderate pressure on the 3rd use? Final issue - this would help so much. Even when the device works perfectly and your hanging a frame with a wire, it is still difficult to get the vertical arms aligned perfectly. There are ruler marks on the arms, but you're trying to measure 1/8 of an inch using a giant inch-diameter yellow know. Would really help to have some sort of witness mark or way to get a more precise vertical location measurement so that you know that the two arms are level when hanging a wire frame photo. Bottom line - even when I felt like I did everything correctly and according to the instructions, I still found that the pictures weren't perfectly level and had to break out the bullet level, the pencils, and make extra holes in my newly painted walls. Great idea. Just needs a little more development work. I didn't find that it was ready for prime time.

A bit bulky but great quality
This is very big and can be quite heavy to use. I have seen lighter and smaller solutions. Overall though a very quality product

Making your life easier with this simple tool!
This was extremely useful. I have four frames that required horizontal alignment and I hadn't gotten around to it in a long time. Once I bought this, I was able to use this to setup my frames without any hassle. Works as advertised. Simple tool providing an easy solution.
