I can't seem to get a consistent, clear, solid low beam light. Even trying to adjust housing, what can I do to get effective low beam light?

Make sure it was made for your vehicle and let a professional look at it if all else fails. It is an after-market light. When they are projected on a solid surface to see the light reflection of how the bulbs are aligned, the lights are on crooked. You would not know that unless testing the balance during install and completion. However, due to the complaints about the install of the lights, I had a professional collision guy put mine in the frame. They are smash if you can get them to work. Sorry I cannot really help.
