Does the trunk handle fit on the F30 with electric tailgate lift?

If you are referring to the electric trunk lock then yes. The electric component gets removed from your current handle and moved to this one. The tailgate rising on it's own is from springs in the trunk lid after the lock disengages.

Does it show guide lanes to help backing up?

I connected to an Andromeda head unit on my 2016 328 and the guide lines were present and dynamically move when turning the steering wheel. The guidelines are actually from the BMW idrive software

Where can I find Instructions?

It doesn’t come with instructions. you’ll need an adapter to hook it up correctly with any BMW. Aftermarket radio required, look for a professional installer in your area. Black- ground Red- reverse signal
