Very good quality cream of rice. I use it before the gym and it gives solid fuel for training. The brand is reliable, but stock is often limited. Flavors are not very strong and reviews are mixed, yet the product itself performs well.

If you only have one scoop/serving the product is smooth creamy and not powdery if you mix it correctly with only one serving of powder. If you use any more than one scoop at a time, expect lumps. (But it’s still edible) Overall it’s a great convenient meal replacement accompanied with a protein shake of your choice.
