After starting a low carb diet and experiencing the craziest cramps I’d ever known were even possible, (picture a fat, middle-aged man falling out of bed and writhing in pain on the floor, begging his girl to call 9-1-1) and having purchased two other mineral drop supplements from Amazon over the past 6 years, I really wish I’d have seen and ordered (Ionic Lytes) Ionic Electrolyte Concentrate first! In contrast to the others, there’s at least 50% more value in this and it’s made in the USA, so what’s not to love about this product?! Also, these drops do give you a slightly bigger bang for your buck than more electrolyte drops. Don’t worry about taste. None of these drops are delicious, but they will keep your cramps away or even quell spontaneous cramps. This former fatty loves a high quality product at a high value price every time!

I just received this product today because I feel like I am always dehydrated and no amount of water actually keeps me feeling hydrated. I think I have trouble retaining water in my body. I followed the recommended serving size and added 1/2 teaspoon to my 32oz Hydroflask and drank it on this hot summer day today and let me tell you! I always drink a lot of water everyday but today after drinking the electrolyte water, I just feel different, I feel better, more hydrated and more awake. It is also great that to me that if you follow the serving recommendations, you cannot taste the electrolyte’s “salty” taste at all, it just makes the water taste “soft” and only slightly “different”. Such a great thing to add into my everyday life!

I enjoy that this product is derived from perfectly purified sea minerals and helps with hydration. I tried this product by itself mixed with water and it had a strong mineral taste to me and made it hard to drink. I'm going to try this product with a smoothie next to help hide the taste but still get the benefits from it. Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone that is looking for electrolytes.

I use electrolyte drops regularly. The brand I normally use wasn’t available, so I tried this brand. After a few sips mixed with green tea, I felt short of breath and had trouble breathing for about 30 minutes. That was unusual, it’s never happened before. Two days later I mixed Less than the recommended dosage of drops into green tea, took one sip and instantly begun to have the same reaction. I have no idea why that is, or if anyone else has had that issue, but it’s not eligible for return, and I poured it out. So I think I earned this review since I lost my money, and was literally concerned for my health for a while. To not post this, because you say it’s not common to everyone, how do you know that unless you post it? and see if anyone else has had that reaction?
