This works really well for alleviating constipation. I recommend putting in milk so you don’t taste it though it has an artificial chocolate flavor. The bottle is large and quantity lasts awhile as you only need a small dose. Start with a lower dose and take more 24 hours later if it doesn’t work. It’s better to use less than more. Provides great relief- I highly recommend.

I dislike the fact that I had to question if the bottle was open already. It did not have a seal on the outside of cap but it did have a seal inside on bottle, but there was crust around the seal and the little white paper board that sit inside of the cap was brownish and seem to have been wet before. Very disappointed that is arrived this way. It’s for my special needs daughter and I will not take any chances giving it to her. I did wash the crust off that why bottle wet to test if anything was leaking around silver seal and nothing dropped out, I also lifted seal and took it off and it seem to come off like it was not open. But the feeling of uncertainty is bugging me. Like why was it crusty under cap and brown like it was wet before. Did another bottle spill into it 🤔 I just don’t know. 🤷🏽‍♀️
