Very sturdy frame
This is a very sturdy A frame for a swing. I bought the round tent swing to go with this for my grandson however, and this fame does not allow full movement, as the swing is a bit too large. The smaller pod type tent swings would work better or a chair swing for full movement. Still a great frame and if ur using it indoors take measurements because even tho we looked at measurements, it's larger than I thought it would be. Was easy to put together and seems durable enough to last a lifetime.

HeavyโSolidโSecure
I thought I would need to hire an another man and a boy to carry this to the house. Itโs heavy! Which leads to its safety and security. It does not stand tall enough to use the spring that came with my swing, but was functional and still comfortable to use. The clips only fed one way. So I drilled the holes open just a little and spread the mount open with a crowbar and convinced them to feed the way I needed. It had all the parts and the instructions were clear enough. I wish it collapsed a bit easier for storage. It has limited use of button and hole connections in its construction. But that was probably to keep it secure. Overallโvery happy with this purchase.

Iโm content
Assembly was decently uneventful. It did take 2 of us 1 to hold & 1 to put in poles. Iโm using my swing Inside, so Iโm not using the ground nails. I did put the rubber skid bits on. Iโm 5โ2 & roughly 150Lbs. So far, its holding me nicely. The frame is just a little above my head when I stand. There was 1 hole that was a pain when putting it together. He just took a screwdriver & wrastled it through to file the hole making the screw fit. My actual swing seat hangs low even though he shortened the chain a lot, but I just use my yoga ball as a foot prop to keep my legs from being achey. The frame is nice & seems sturdy. I definitely recommend it. Maybe a different type of swing though.

Update - it's great went you get it not bent
I can tell the metal is very solid. I can tell this because three of the pieces were crushed on delivery, the box was fine so it must have been packed that way, and was extremely difficult to attempt to bend it back. Amazon was nice enough to send us a new one, albeit it's been over a week and still hasn't arrived, so I'll update if the new one can even be assembled. **Update** so we got the new one and is was very easy to set up when all the pieces are not bent 10 ways to Sunday. We put it up our son's swing first and then warily tried out a basket seat, both had zero issues with weight. Side point is it's actually a pretty nice pull up stand too.

Must have this for hammock chair/swing
I swear by this swing. We use it indoors for a hammock swing for our special needs guy. Itโs nice and heavy but we put weights on it anyways. Works so great and he doesnโt tip it when heโs super playful in it. Good size for indoor and outdoor.

Not hunting for Joists
Originally purchased a hammock chair for the kids and found that it needs 4 inch wide joists to hang. Now that requires adding another 10*2 to the existing joists and widening it, properly securing it to the cross beam etc. This was like multiple trips up and down the attic. The Hammock chair frames are so expensive everywhere(some selling upwards of 200$ in stores). We finally purchased because it was cheaper. The shipping was fast and when we received it, one of the part did have a hole that was not drilled through to secure a bolt and nut. We contacted the company and they turned around in a day shipping out a package for us with so many apologies. This is when I decided to write this review. These guys stand behind their product , it is cheaper but very strong and on top of it the customer service is excellent. I haven't had this much of support from other established home furnishing brands(Sauder..) when their parts had issues they want u to ship the whole thing back to provide a replacement, for which u need to disassemble put it back in the box and drop off. This is not easy.

Buyer beware
The Chinese are smart. When you first receive this your first impression is how well fought out the assembly is. And then the surprise comes. The way the frame is designed to traps all the rainwater inside the tube at the bottom which in very short time begins the rest the inside of the metal tube. I'm sure this design is on purpose because no one could have overlooked the flaw. We've had ours just a few weeks and today I went to move it and needless to say and I tipped the frame rusty water gushed out all over me. All they had to do was to reverse accusing the way it was assembled for that rainwater would not enter the tune. I drilled holes in the bottom of both of my frames but that's not to say they're not going to rust and when it does more rusty water will be reaching out over my new concrete patio.

Love it! Fair price, good quality, easy to put together (took me about 20mins), and sturdy. I love that it has options to hold a chair by the top middle or sides and is clear on the weights it can hold depending on the options. If you're looking for something to hold a chair, I highly recommend this product. If you want it for inside, it's sturdy for a slight swing without having to peg it down, if you want it for outside, it comes with pegs. I imagine it comes more in use if you don't want it to blow over in strong winds or if you plan to swing a bit harder than normal. But this thing is sturdy and a bit bigger than I was expecting as well...but in a good way since it probably helps it's sturdiness lol

Works perfectly as a stand for my hammock swing chair. It's made of thick heavy duty materials and hold up my weight no problem (160 Lbs). It's study and stable, it doesn't move at all when I swing a little bit. I put it together on my own, but it would have been easier with a second person, but still doable. I have been really enjoying this product.

We got this a year ago and I just reviewed it now because I was curious how it would pass the test of time. So far so good. We kept it outside, uncovered, during an entire Canadian winter and it's still looking and holding great this spring.
