"A radiant debut." โ Emily Henry, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Great Big Beautiful Life THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER! As featured in Today ยท Parade ยท PopSugar ยท USA Today ยท SheReads ยท BuzzFeed ยท BookBub ยท Bustle ยท and more! Six summers to fall in love. One moment to fall apart. A weekend to get it right. They say you can never go home again, and for Persephone Fraser, ever since she made the biggest mistake of her life a decade ago, that has felt too true. Instead of glittering summers on the lakeshore of her childhood, she spends them in a stylish apartment in the city, going out with friends, and keeping everyone a safe distance from her heart. Until she receives the call that sends her racing back to Barryโs Bay and into the orbit of Sam Florekโthe man she never thought sheโd have to live without. For six summers, through hazy afternoons on the water and warm summer nights working in his familyโs restaurant and curling up together with booksโmedical textbooks for him and work-in-progress horror short stories for herโPercy and Sam had been inseparable. Eventually that friendship turned into something breathtakingly more, before it fell spectacularly apart. When Percy returns to the lake for Samโs motherโs funeral, their connection is as undeniable as it had always been. But until Percy can confront the decisions she made and the years sheโs spent punishing herself for them, theyโll never know whether their love might be bigger than the biggest mistakes of their past. Told over the course of six years and one weekend, Every Summer After is a big, sweeping nostalgic story of love and the people and choices that mark us forever. Review: Condition of the book - The book came with an almost perfect condition without any breakage found. The quality of the pages was really impressive . The printing of the cover was fine and not so dull. The book was an impressive add to my collective at a pretty condition Review of the novel: โญโญโญโญ.5 If you're looking for a small town romance with a glimpse of innocence, this book is the one. I bought it without having much knowledge of the storyline, and was pretty impressed afterwards. I had originally expected it to be a city romance with busy lives, but with the nature of the characters, Sam Percy and Charlie, small town fitted them so well and i wouldn't want it any other way. The character building as they grew older was so strong and inspiring. It's a second chance romance (my first one) and portrayed a very true and realistic friendship even after they've drifted apart. It's nostalgic, intense, and an escape fro the busy lives of big cities, even in the book! The lake and the nature is portrayed very nicely in the book and the entire novel is from the perspective of Percy. It's the kind of writing style that makes you feel and highly aware that you're reading a book rather than reading someone's personal diary; which was kind of difficult at first. So if that works just fine for you, go for it! You'd feel alot - deep effection for the characters and their choices - when you finish the book! Review: Angsty, emotional and nostalgic | Pack this book for your summer vacation - I wasn't expecting to love this so much! This is a second chance romance and is just so full of angst. Our main characters are Percy and Sam who become friends one summer; as more summers go by, they become best friends and eventually, lovers. However, during one such summer, something happened to push them apart. Now, after ten years Percy is back in the lakeshore town of Barryโs Bay and into Sam's life. there are alternate timelines and I loved watching Percy and Sam's journey. We only get to see Percy's POV but I would have loved to see Sam's as well. I loved the lakeside setting and the cozy vibes I got from it. Overall, I think this is a perfect summer romance and I would recommend it to fans of Christina Lauren's Love and Other Words, and Emily Henry's People We Meet on Vacation. Slow start but ending is beautiful โค๏ธ
At first I wanna say about the condition of the book, it came really nice with proper printing. Now I wanna talk about the story. If you're a beginner you feel little bit boring at first because if the slow start and too much explanations of the storyline. But when you reach at the middle the story really gets spicy and interesting with all drama and stuff. Overall I loved it and I really recommend it.๐

Not worth the Hype!!
The storyline is predictable . The writing is engaging so it still makes it up. The erotic stuff written at every point , be it happy or sad is gross!!โฆit becomes nauseous when it is at the time of funeral !! Really wonder whether so much raunchy stuff is needed to make a book best sellerโฆ I would say this was a disappointing book. The writer could have done better.

Okay, I have issues. I have concerns. How are we supposed to be okay with ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต - especially when there was absolutely no communication? I just couldnโt wrap my head around it.๐ From the start, itโs obvious Sam and Percy love each other. Itโs clear to everyone... except them. I know, right? ๐ Honestly, I hate the miscommunication/lack of communication trope with a passion. Why is it so hard to just talk? Why assume? And how does one just sit with all those emotions and not say a word? Look I get Sam - itโs his personality. Heโs a man of few wordsโฆ or in this case, no words. Fine. But whatโs Percyโs excuse? She knew how she felt. She knew he felt the same. So why didnโt she just go talk to him? Ask for answers? Instead, she wallows in self-pity and makes a huge mistake. Doesnโt that mean she didnโt care enough? Or love enough? Ugh, my brain.๐คฏ The book was already slow-paced, and on top of that, it jumps between past and present (dual timelines!), adds miscommunication, and throws in cheating? For me, thatโs a recipe for disaster - I hate all of these tropes. And then thereโs Percy. I liked her - until the reason for the breakup came out. After that? It was a hard no. From that point on, it all went downhill. I couldnโt relate to her choices, and the fact that she didnโt even have the courage to own up to them? Nope. I pushed through and finished the book because I was curious how it would all wrap up. But all it did was confirm why I avoid these kinds of stories and tropes. They just donโt work for me. If you havenโt read this book - trust me, youโre not missing anything. Save your time and protect your peace!

I received a used book. It has pen markings and folded corners. Pretty disappointed ๐ Books are something that is personal to everyone.

Boring book for me..
Quite expected reading.. typical story.. it reminded me another story from different author.. i stopped reading it cause it kind annoys me that the man.. was waiting for her and she was too sad to try what they had.. lies.. this is not even a bit realistic..๐

Great book
This was one of those books that had me hooked from the very first page. The story beautifully alternates between past and present, slowly revealing the history between Percy and Sam. Their connection felt authentic, heartfelt, and deeply emotional. I loved how the novel explored themes of first love, friendship, family, regret, and second chances. The summer lake setting was so vividly described that I felt like I was right there with them, making the book the perfect escapist read. What really stood out was her ability to capture the intensity and nostalgia of young love while balancing it with the complexities of adulthood. The chemistry between the characters was undeniable, and the emotional moments hit hard without ever feeling forced. This book made me smile, ache, and root for the characters every step of the way. If you enjoy emotional romances, dual timelines, and stories that transport you to a beautiful summer setting, Every Summer After is a must-read.

Thoroughly enjoyed.
This book took me on a lovely nostalgic journey. It was an escape I desperately needed. Easy to read and totally engaging. Just simply enjoyable. Leaving me with that warm and fuzzy book hangover. The characters feel like friends I'm going to struggle to let go of. I miss them already.
