I need boxes that'll fit 4×4×2.5", for fancy donuts... are these boxes big enough?? Couldn't really figure out the measurements...

I would say no. I used them for Macaroons that were 2 in x 1 in and they fit perfectly with a tad of gift stuffing under them. I think 4 In donuts would be to wide.

is this package suitable for chocolate covered oreos

The box in the pics is not the box that comes in the mail. The box they send does not have a protective film and fastened on the bottom not the sides. Right after I ordered these Amazon temporary halted all sales because there were so many complaints about misleading product pics and descriptions.
