Is this fully pinnable?

You can pin it, but it is a foam under the cloth, so eventually you will do damage to the foam. For things that I display, I use Clover Clips and fasten my items to themselves and avoiding damage to the mannequin.

What is the shipping weight?

I do not know the exact weight but it was very light. Maybe 3-5 lbs if even.

1/2 the pics show a white background and 1/2 the pics show a light brown(kind of tea colored)background. What color would I get if I ordered this?

It is a light beige. Little darker than tea stain I'd say.

Can you stick pins in the mannequin?

Yes, it has a soft fabric cover that allows you to pin your garments to it.
