What does "Non-Aerosol" mean?

The product is packed in a 5 gallon bucket (not in an aerosol spray can). It’s consistency is similar to grease (lubrication), and it gets “thinner” and easier to use in a spray gun as it warms up.

What is the shelf life of the 5 gallon after its been opened?

I have a 5 gallon container of the black fluid film. I had to dilute it by 25% with mineral spirits to apply it. I'm sure the shelflife is years. It will oxidize slowly over years. Its the best rust proofing agent I've ever used.
