CAP Barbell Abdominal Wheel

Easy to use and put together ab wheel for working out. I would definitely buy this product again if i were to lose the first one. It seems to be higher quality and the price point is great. Size is perfect and its extremely portable if you were to need to take this elsewhere. Its very effective in what its supposed to do.

great value for money, works great. this gets my abs sore like nothing else and has done exactly what i was hoping it would do. i even bought one for someone else as part of a christmas gift to make at home workouts easier.

The CAP Barbell Ab Wheel feels like something you'd be issued in the military. Functional, durable, no-frills. I relocate quite a bit (maybe 3 times a year), so I'm always buying new ab rollers for each new place. I always try to look for ab rollers under $15. The CAP is made of hard plastics and rubber. No foam, no comfort. But it works, it's very easy to assemble, and the best part is that the grips don't rub against the wheel like a lot of other brands do. Docked one star rating because the grips are overly aggressive. Might be helpful if your hands are super sweaty, but it could be very uncomfortable for beginners. Overall - recommended.

2nd I purchase this item. I really like it but you'll need a knee mat. But it has a few flaws tho', Handles tends to slowly wear out due the friction with the wheel. I'd sudget you add a right size washer on each side, between the wheel and the handles

You get what you pay for? It was inexpensive but came without the parts to hold it together... Worked well after I bought lugs and stuff.

Don't do sit-ups. Every muscle in your body will be strained. That's what you want. I estimate that each rep is 2 or 3 times more effective than a sit-up.

Simple, solid, and gets the job done. I’ve been using this ab wheel for a bit now and it feels sturdy and smooth when rolling out. The wheel doesn’t wobble and the handles are comfortable, even during longer sets. It’s lightweight so it’s easy to toss in a gym bag, but it still feels durable and not cheap. Definitely makes ab workouts more challenging in a good way, and you can really feel it working. Nothing fancy here, but that’s kind of the point. Great value for the price and perfect if you just want a reliable ab wheel that works. Would deff buy again.

Great Little I will strong the double wheels can hold my weight of 185 pounds with ease and confidence been using it for a few exercise days in a row now it’s performing excellent
