They work and they are natural. I was very discouraged lately to find this product being removed from shelves in my area. I was going on a trip and in desperation I purchased a different product that DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Upon my return, I made sure to purchase Prunelax instead. I think that everyone might respond differently to these types of products. This one seems like a win-win to me.

This was a reasonably gentle and effective product. It took 48 hours for it to work, but when it did work I did not have very many cramps and things were quite comfortable
