Brine Backstop Lacrosse Replacement Net

My 16 year old put a rink in the yard this winter and bought this net for a backstop on one end. We just rigged it up with 2 tall pipes (one on each end) and a cable across the top that held the net up. It worked great. It was absurdly cold in Chicago this winter but even with that and thousands of very hard slapshots from my son and his teammates the net never tore or failed in any way. Good stuff.

The backstop net I received has a hole in it. It was obviously used. I can live with that if the product is functional. Unfortunately, it isn't functional. The top line of the net is made of a durable elastic so it can be suspended by 10 foot poles that are 30 feet apart. This net has been used and stretched to the point that the net can be stretched to 50 feet long. When suspended at 30 feet, the middle of the net droops all the way to the ground. It was stretched, ripped and returned, then Amazon sold it to me. Unfortunately, I didn't attempt to put it together until after the return window had come to an end. I'm out $90???

As advertised. It's a large long net.Good quality.

I expected a little better quality. It is serving the purposed, but I am afraid it won't wear or last as long as I would like. This is in a backyard. So the use will be less than a team or school set up. Hopefully, it lasts.

Keeps the soccer balls out of the neighbor's yard. Black color seems to blend in without being an eye sore.

Good product but make sure to spread the distance between your poles wider than recommended to keep the net from drooping....

Bought for top of chainlink fence to keep the deer out of the garden. Works perfectly.
