My only complaint is the leather is quite stiff but I suppose it needs to be broken in. It does have the advantage of redirecting the dog very well and he’s less likely to wrap around poles with this leash since a slight bend makes him stop turning.

The leash is high quality with superb craftsmanship. I got the 4 feet length for my little pomsky and it works well. Blue as baby blue it can be. In no possible way can it be defined as Teal. Leather acceptable and vinyl cushion cheapens look. Disappointed in positive reviews I read and influenced my selection.

Bonded (faux leather)
I have 3 of their products and they are very nice but it is not a continuous piece of leather, it is bonded leather which is best described as the hot dog of leather since it's made of shredded scraps extruded in a paste. Bonded leather doesn't last as long as real leather and isn't as strong but that's ok for our small dog so I appreciate the recycling effort. However, Soft Touch should disclose that it is bonded leather along with the percentage of leather they used in the mix.

Great quality leash!
Love this leather leash, great quality, thick, soft leather! Just wish the blue leather was the same stain as the pink leather (I bought a matching set for my babies, the blues leather is a bit lighter)

Love this leash and collar set (especially with the blue color). The leather is a tiny bit scratchy on the leash part after some wear. But the handle is completely comfortable. I also love how the attachment clasp spins no matter what direction the dog goes. 👍🏼

Lovely quality lead !
What a lovely lead ! Bought this for my young Bedlington Whippet and the quality is outstanding! Worth paying a little more for such a well made item as I believe a lot of pleasure can be had from the simple things in life ! Can tell it will get better with age and is built to last a lifetime! The leather is fantastic thought it was a bit thin at first compared to one we’d lost on the beach but after a few walks it’s obviously very strong and the attention to detail is outstanding ! Highly recommended !
