I need this for monitoring my BP before a scan on my heart. It is working fine and the cost was cheaper than most of the others. The screen is big enough to read. Easy to use. The BP machine is small enough to bring anywhere amd looks pretty good to. Always accurate readings.

No complaints and was able to verify with my doctor that it is accurate. I will describe how to adjust the date and time below:The device is easy to use to check your blood pressure, but if you want to correct the date and time, it's a little confusing. I just figured it out myself after reading the instructions over and over. It's only confusing, because when you press the "START/STOP" to make a user selection as instructed in the manual, the device shuts off, so you think it didn't work. Here are the steps.1. With the device off, press and hold [SET] until the number (year) begins to flash.2. Press [MEM] to change to the correct year. It starts over once it gets so high.3. Press [SET] to confirm.4. The date will show. Use [MEM] to select the correct month.5. Press [SET] to confirm.6. Use [MEM] to select the correct day.7. Press [SET] to confirm.8. The time (24HR) will show. Use [MEM] to select the correct hour.9 Press [SET] to confirm.10 Use [MEM] to select the correct minutes.11. Press [SET] to confirm.12. The device shuts off, but settings have been updated.Additionally, to switch between User 1 and User 2, with the device off, press [SET], the device will turn on and if you press [SET] it will bounce between #1 and #2. Select which user you want, then Press the On/Off button to confirm. Again, the device turns off, but when you press it again, the user you selected will be active. Just a little confusing and not well laid out in the manual.

After purchasing this blood pressure cuff, I tried it out. The instructions for setting up the unit were not terribly clear, but I appreciated the option to turn off the audio queues.It seemed to be providing a relatively accurate reading, based on my usual BP numbers. But after about a month of inactivity, I began using it again. I started getting an error message. Then the batteries that came with the unit died. They're not high quality batteries, which is disappointing, but understandable.After replacing the batteries with four identical new AAs, I pushed the power button to power it on, and it seemed to start and then turn off. This happened several times in a row, and then on the fourth attempt, it stayed on - and then gave me an error message.There's extremely tiny print on the folded pamphlet (which strikes me as irresponsible, given the target market would benefit from larger print) which explains error messages in a convoluted and confusing way. I gathered from the description that something was blocking the airflow in the tube, but I couldn't determine how or what would be blocking it.Again and again I tried to get it to initiate a blood pressure test, and sometimes the unit wouldn't stay on - and when it did, time and again, it gave me the error message. I repositioned it, reattached the cuff, even removed and replaced the batteries - but it continued to either not turn on or give me the error message. And then, on attempt 10 or 12, it worked. By then, my blood pressure was elevated.It will only work sporadically since, and so I've realized that I made an error in buying this unit.The deadline for returning it had passed by only a few days, so I've purchased a unit from a company with a more robust reputation and I encourage you to do the same.

The best feature about this machine is that you can use a usb cable instead of batteries the cuff is accurate and it’s light weight

it is easy to use being that you have to put the cuff on by yourself, the directions included are very clear and it is very easy to use. i like that there is a port for usb or you can put batteries in
