A must have for the next level!
I was given a copy of this book when I was first made a grade setter 18 years ago, and recently purchased this new revision. I have now been a foreman for the past 15 years, every time I'm handed a new set of plans for a job I go back and review the chapters that are relevant to the work I'm preparing to start. I am always a step ahead in large part do to this book! This book is next level and will help take you there, I encourage everyone on my crew who is serious about a career in general engineering to get a copy.

Excellent Book
This book is written very well. Easy to understand, step by step instructions. Where was this book when I was in construction management classes for excavation, soils, surveying etc ect...
