The heavy ball works as advertised. It really has helped my son with his workout. His ball handling has improved. His ball handling improved tremendously.

A lighter than typical ball may seem counter intuitive, but this ball is the real deal. It is very light and presents a challenge to handle. It is sturdy and fast handling. It challenges your reflexes. The difference between handling this ball and an official weight ball is obvious. If you use the Sklz Light ball to practice dribbling and hand to hand ball handling, you will see an improvement in your ball handling skills.
