Very Relevant Backstory: My ex is a massage therapist. And not just A massage therapist - THE massage therapist! Equivalent level of a PhD in massage therapy with an extensive skillset that ranges from basic Swedish massage to highly advanced neuromuscular therapy and medical massage. She doesn’t just relax you - she actually fixes you. So, needless to say, I was very spoiled for a very long time. Between years of fighting, a couple really bad car accidents, video games and a career as a software engineer, I have a host of recurring issues. After we split and she stopped working on me, all the old demons in my neck & back started coming back. This or that therapist would work on me with varying levels of quite temporary relief…. I’m not exaggerating even in the slightest when I say that as soon as I turned this on and put it on my neck, my eyes rolled in to the back of my head!!! In my years of getting hundreds of massages from dozens of therapists, only 1 person has ever been able to do that, and it’s my ex! The way this thing gets in to your muscles and really works things out is more amazing than I ever could have imagined! I’ve used it in my neck, all corridors of my back, my intercostals (rib muscles - be careful and use light pressure!), and my lats. Going to see how it does on the legs soon! Best thing I’ve bought all year!!! Only gripe is that it’s not wireless (can’t charge it); and you can’t adjust the duration - I’d like to set it to at least 30min, but turning it back on isn’t a big deal at all…. Would just be nice.

I have purchased several of these. I had a horrible stress point in my kneck. This massage has saved me and provided much relief for my aching kneck and back!!! I literally fall asleep when it's on. It is effective and great value for the money. I like that you can change the settings and turn the heat on or off if you want. It's easy to switch the settings on the handle and the massage quality is amazing! I have even used it on my legs. I recommend.

Works great for working out knots and relaxing muscles. But, I have bought two and on both, the fabric has started ripping, after a couple of months. Then it gets twisted up in the heads. After the first one, as a seamstress, I decided that I would buy another one and as soon as it started showing signs of wear, I would reinforce it. Which has helped the second one last longer. But, not everyone knows how to sew or owns a sewing machine. I can say that to me, it is worth the effort. And for the price, I can afford to buy replacements, but I wish that they would come up with a better solution.

HOLY COW GUYS!! I have tension issues in my lower back and THIS is a God send! The pressure on this massager is tier 1 and it’s sooo easy to use on any part of your body… 10/10 would recommend!!!

It works really great, but even on the lowest setting, it's not gentle on the elderly. I bought this for my 98yo who is experience terrible neck pain. She did love it, esp the heat, the size is just way too big. It doesn't bend or hang around the neck in a curve. It's more flat, and then arm slots hang down. It's not a good fit for a petite/small person.

This massager gets so deep in your muscles, it’s amazing! I work a typing job and there is some damage to my shoulders from several years of working a high volume typing job! This massager gets deep behind the shoulder blade to relieve that pain I’ve had for over 5 years! The first time I used it I was practically crying from the pain I was in before using, I used for much too long at least 2 hours, the next couple day I felt like I got beat up because it is a deep tissue massage! After the beat up feeling is gone I feel like I have a new shoulder! The pain that was near constant for the last 5 years goes away, I still have my job so it comes back, but a session or 2 with this massager takes it away! I have so much more mobility in my shoulders after using this!

I purchased this massager in March of 2025, used it 8-10 times and it worked fine. But it stopped working on January 7th 2026. I tried the website listed on the manual but it doesn't exist. I tried emailing their support team but haven't heard from anyone as of today. I even tried the troubleshooting feature in Amazon, but nothing works. So much for 100% satisfaction. I would never recommend this product or this company!

This neck massager is fantastic. You can do any part of your back, legs, shoulders etc and it’s a firm massage. You have the control though to guide how soft or hard you like. Love this and recommend it. Great value too!

Bought this for my blue collar husband. Was originally for Christmas but decided he would benefit from it now. It has honestly been working a treat I haven’t seen him in this much ease for such a long while now with all the graft he does. The massage quality is better than I can do for him, it has eased his pain and cleared so many knots in his body with the mix of massage and heat functions. We would definitely recommend and say it’s highly effective due to the above, we love the 15min saver as we are awful for forgetting to turn things off so usually waste battery life.

Ive had this neck massager for over 2 years, coming on 3, and it still works incredibly well. There are 4 options with multiple settings and all work including the overlooked “heating” feature. I use this massager EVERYWHERE. I promise it is not only for the shoulder. I use it on my feet, palms of my hands and lower back and on my lower legs after leg day at the gym. The cord is decently long so you can walk around your space with it. I wash surface with a rag that has soap and warmer and spray with disinfectant. If you don't want to clean the massager often, use a garbage bag to cover it. I would suggest for the next version of this to include a timer of when to turn off instead of the auto 20 min.
