Is this a knockoff or align?

Align is a completely different probiotic. Thus this is not a knock-off, or the same product, it is a different product. Align has Bifidobacterium Infantis in it. Digestive Advantage has Bacillus Coagulans in it. You may as well be comparing a spoon to a fork.. both are silverware, but they're not really the same otherwise. Align and Digestive Advantage are both probiotics, but that's pretty much where the similarity ends. Which one is right for you depends on what your gut needs. Many with IBS, including me, find this product (and others with Bacillus Coagulans) works well. I've tried dozens of other products based on various lactobacillus and bifidobacterium species (including Align, Culturele, etc), and yeast species (including Florastor), as well as various forms of yogurt and kefir, and none really helped me like this product does. But those other products might work well for you, because your gut is likely different than mine.

What are the ingredients in this?

Please be aware, especially if you have celiac disease.  The formula has changed and it now contains wheat.  Ingredients:  BC Bacillus 500 million cells, Lactase 3,000 ALU, Other ingredients maltodectrin, hypomellose, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, sodium chloride, silicon dioxide, wheat and soy.

It has 2 billion colony forming units, however unlike more expensive products with 50, 100, 150 billion CFU, BC30 (the strain of bacteria in this product) actually survives the heat of the stomach acid. So it works much better and rather than an expensive product that puffs it’s chest out and does nothing, this stuff works insanely well with w the relatively few CFUs therein. This stuff has changed my life.
