Good patch panel if you don't have many ports, but a bit expensive and missing some parts
I only have six ports that go to various rooms in my home. Ideally I'd like to add more, but it's not possible without ripping up the walls. Since most patch panels have more ports, I wanted to find the smallest one possible that could fit in the limited space I had available near my breaker panel. I don't have drywall nearby since my basement undeveloped, just the breaker panel on a board of wood with very limited space to mount anything. I ended up having to mount the patch panel to the framing of the basement but fortunately it was the perfect size. The VCE slim keystone jacks I used fit perfectly in the patch panel, the only downside was that the patch panel didn't include any mounting screws. The patch panel is simple and clean looking, which I like. Pros - Good for small number of ports - Fits or mounts onto smaller spaces - Easy to install (only need two screws) - Assembly and installation of keystone jacks is simple - Works with slim keystone jacks (I used VCE slim keystone jacks) - Clean looking Cons - The price - It's completely made of plastic and feels flimsy, but should last if you're not constantly unplugging and plugging cables - No mounting screws or instructions - No labels (you need to write on the patch panel) - Not designed for network racks

ICC 12 Port Blank Keystone Patch Panel: The Swiss Army Knife of Empty Holes
Behold the ICC 12 Port Blank Keystone Patch Panel — basically a fancy, expensive piece of wall art for your networking closet until you actually do something with it. It’s like buying a high-end shoe rack and then never buying any shoes. But hey, it looks professional. This bad boy comes with 12 blank ports, perfectly sized to hold... well, nothing. Yet. It’s a slim-profile beauty, which means it’s not just about function — it’s also about making your patch panel rack look sleek and judge-y when you walk by. The included 89U wall mount bracket? A classy touch that says, “I’m ready for business,” even if your cables are still living the chaos life elsewhere. Installing it was pretty straightforward, which is great because staring at a blank panel can get existentially confusing — like, “Is this an art piece? A tech tool? A metaphor for my life?” Would I recommend it? Absolutely, if you’re the kind of person who likes to prepare for a network empire before you actually have one. Otherwise, it’s just a fancy placeholder for future cable glory.

Good basic unit. Would probably buy again.
Pretty basic piece, served a purpose well for my needs. I did notice that it comes apart pretty easily, but for something like this, that doesn't get bumped or josseled, it'll be fine. Make sure to get compatible keystones, as it doesn't accept all units!

Works but a little flimsy
Gets the job done but the face plate doesn't want to stay connected to the base.

Meets my needs
Good solution for home use. It can be a bit flimsy, but if you're not into it much it should do the job. Basically the clips on the sides that mount the top to the base don't provide a tight fit. It isn't an issue for me since I did the wiring and won't be accessing it much. I didn't want to purchase a more expensive one without trying this first and I'm ok with the purchase. I would do it again.

Worked to make the new installation look neater
This was utilized where an old RJ66 Block and bracket were removed. Worked to make the new installation look better. great solution to a problem.

Exceeds at the Basics
My space is less suited for a rack.. or at least that’s what I tell myself. Realizing this, I sought after a patch panel to mount onto my network-plywood. This product fit the bill perfectly, except I didn’t realize my keystone jacks were standard and not slim. Eventually I will replace and trim my runs to a suitable length, but luckily this doesn’t bother me as I only need 4 (currently). BUY SLIM KEYSTONES. GREAT SUCCESS
