great product. I take one a day sometimes two. I work 4 days a week 12-14hrs a day, i take one of these at the beginning of the day and one mid day ( on the bad days) and i feel much more energized. if you look at most of the energy drinks this is one of the main ingrediants. I will re-order when i use this up. I don't even drink energy drinks or sodas any more because i use this. cheaper and not so much sugar.

Finally! I feel less tired and groggy every day without drinking caffeine. Caffeine makes my heart palpitate and this stuff is great. I'm glad I bought the time release tablets because they don't make me jittery at all and gives me a steady dose of energy throughout the day that I almost wouldn't notice because of the lack of side effects. Helps me get to the gym at the end of the day because I'm not so exhausted after work. Huge bonus: it's such a tiny tiny tablet! (See pic) Love it!
