NaturesPlus, Collagen Peptides, 120 Capsules

Ok so my main problem with this product is that I need to take 4 tablets a day and they are quite large and hard to swallow. So I have now started to cut the tablets and pour the white powder in my green juice in the mornings. I think yes my skin is looking well. I’ve been two weeks now and I think there is a difference. In the future I will buy the powder of this brand.

Wow. After decades of spending money on many nail strengthening products I have actually found something that works. Ive used top brands which made my nails grow but the strength of my nails NEVER improved. So obviously my nails continued to break off. I won't buy another nail product because this product has given me long & strong nails for the first time in my life. I will always use this from now on. Im 59.

Its not quick process to take collagen. It will take good 3 month to see progress. I am happy as my nails got stronger. At times struggle to swallow 4 capsules,but you learn how to take. And obviously after 6 month needs break for a month not to take capsules, and then again . So far happy with product.

It takes a little while yet the effects after finishing the first bottle (3 caps /day) and continuing with the second is nothing short of a miracle for my brittle, thin and hopelessly weak nails. I wish I had taken that 20 years ago! I now have long, strong and beautiful nails! Nothing short of a little miracle.
