I am assuming the product is ok but both boxes were pretty much smashed.

I did not realize this item was not returnable, I received only to see that it expires soon.I tried to return but item is not eligible.

This was bought for me by my fiancé because I was getting sick. I tried them and regret it. They made me worse! Started reading the package closer and there is literally nothing in it but junk. No active ingredient. It’s just pointless goo you put up your nose and it irritated my sinus even more. Seriously questioning why this is so highly rated and why it’s even allowed to be sold with these claims. It is amazing that people buy this and all it does is make you worse. Apparently there hasn’t been an active ingredient in these since like 2009 before it was recalled for side effects of smell loss. Just get DayQuil and be done.

Price and availability of swabs is wonderful to always have access to nasal care for multiple viruses. Of course it doesn't take the place of masks, exposure precautions,immunizations, and common sense!
