Useless product.Stopped working after single episode of charging.Amazon customer support refuses to take any responsibility on the defective product since its out of return window of 15 days.I called just 2 days later that is 17 days and they refuse to help.Thwre is no warranty also.

Not a very reliable charger but it's Ok for the price at which it's been sold. You need to double check if the Fitbit is being charged or not cause the charging prongs do not have a strong magnetic hold.
