This did the trick to get my Fire Sense patio heater working again. Easy to install.

Strong spark but not the same as the Original Norben igniter
The product provides a consistent, strong spark but was not so easy to install. The electrode cable was way too short for installation in a Firepit. The product was a replacement for what I thought was an exact replacement for a corroded Norben igniter. I intended to use the existing electrode and just plug it in to the new unit. Couldn't do that because the new Norben igniter's connecting port is smaller than the one I was replacing. As a result, the electrode would not plug in and I had to modify the electrode's connector to make it work.

I got shocked pretty consistently starting this thing. It worked about one of three clicks

Strong spark. Mind the grounding contact near the switch.
This worked very well and has good easy switch action and strong spark. Note grounding is a tab near the base of the push button. Make sure your setup is compatible so that it work effectively.

Sparks up!
Worked as it should! I made the mistake of not inquiring how long the sparker wire was so thankfully the part I took off my gas fire pit still worked. When I assembled it and tested it, it did shock me as others have mentioned but once installed properly it worked great.
