Average cooking time is 6 minutes. Can't comment on similarities to an egg, as I have never eaten any. But this is tasty, and is better than average besan chilla we make at home.

It's everything but egg... Not bad at all, but nothing for someone who looks for a good egg replacement. It becomes a crepe/chapati like texture.
