Highly Recommend
We love our chest freezer. It's small enough that we were able to fit in our kitchen/kitchenette area, but deep enough to give us lots of storage. The basket isn't very strong but it can be useful. I like the side shelf to put items that we use all the time. We have very little space in our refrigerator and freezer combo so the deep freezer has been wonderful. Everything freezes well without freezer burn or any other freezing issues. It's super light weight. Really strongly recommend

Better than I expected.
Exactly what the roommates & needed. Sturdy, very little ice building, plenty of room, great quality altogether. Would highly recommend.

Good storage capacity, works well
Just got the freezer on Friday 14th, item was well packaged apart from small dent where the thermostat module but nothing too noticeable. Freezer has lots of room to store items and has a removable 1 basket on top. Freezer appears to be well constructed adequate for storing items from your refrigerator/freezer in your kitchen or an overflow of storing other food items. IPut my in my garage and was concerned that this would create problems for the freezer not freezing very well or turning off too early because outside was too cold creating confusion for the thermostat. So purchased a small cord heater (what you use for wrapping around pipes to preventing them from freezing) I opened up the access panel where the compressor is and placed the cord near the thermostat. So far the freezer is working with no problems and the thermostat is working like it should. Also suggest that you plug the freezer on a 20 amp GFCI outlet along with a 20 amp breaker, if your going to use a cord heater they strongly recommend that. Finally I powered the freezer using my 2000 Watt generator when I first got it while I was setting it up in my garage just to test if my generator could handle it and it did with no problems, overall a good freezer and a good investment

CRITICAL DETAILS BURIED IN FINEPRINT shame shame-truth in advertising.
Place for photo above. Should include a picture of the bloody mess. Purchased specifically for storing frozen venison.I look back. Only thing I did wrong, because I used to install appliances, is that I did not take my magnifying glass and read EVERYTHING. There was nothing in the body of the add to suggest a garage is an inappropriate space under 55 degrees unheated. Well... I live in Michigan. Here's the add:******************Koolatron KTCF195 Compact Top-Opening Chest, Mini Freezer with 7.0 Cubic Feet Capacity-Ideal for Home, Apartment, Condo, Cabin, Basement, Garage-White******************Unless I'm hallucinating it says garage and basement...cabin, too... with the word "IDEAL"I live in a heated cabin with a wood stove in the shed (heat optional).I looked for SAFETY flags in the booklet, set it aside and hooked up. Here's a tip for all. Wait a day or two after placing freezer before turning it on. Has to do with the coolant being settled after moving. Can cause problems.Coincidence. Installed during a two-day heat wave 50 degrees. Back to normal temps Got to reading the manual 3 days later. 20-30 degrees. That's when I discovered (in the fine print) that this compressor will not work below 55 degrees. That's when I discovered a freezer full of thawed venison. Very unhappy.Went back to fine print. Yadda, yadda. Customer pays for return shipping.Have you ever returned an internet appliance? If not, can you spell HASSLE?See above where it says basement? I got one of those in the cabin. 60 degrees year-round. I've been wanting to add a circuit down there, it's winter, got time to do it.Ya' see, adding a circuit and making a place for it....is less hassle than a return. IMHO. Be done with it tomorrow.I should absolutely return this freezer. Heartache on top of the loss of venison (Processing $200). However, the product itself hasn't had a chance.I said I installed appliances...there are certain things that are stressed. Both the working environment and the return costs were presented in the lit...and stressed.False advertising? Maybe not.... Misleading omissions? Definite...shame, shame. Best be hoping your product is better than your advertising. Might hear from me again.

Overall Good Quality
I really liked this fridge. I’m a breast feeding mom who needed an extra freezer for my freezer stash and this worked great. It’s very spacious. It was easy to setup once it came. As seen in one of my photos one piece was slightly broken but it didn’t interfere with anything so I wasn’t too bothered by it. The only main thing that I recently just realized is mine constantly turns on & off. As seen in the first picture the green light isn’t on and I’m not sure how long it’s been doing that for because I just realized but whenever it turns off I just don’t open it and it still keeps everything frozen. Overall a good quality freezer my only complaint would be that it turns on & off. It only turns off for 5 minutes or so and turns back on but this happens all throughout the day. My worry would just be if it was off too long it’d make my breast milk go bad but that never happened so overall it’s good.

Works well and filled it as expected
The freezer is doing what it should. Installed and running in the basement where the temp is always 60 degrees. All the meat is frozen as you would expect and there is an indicator light that is helpful. This was to be used as an extension of the primary freezer in the fridge and working as expected. Seemed reasonably priced. Don't have an efficiency stat as I have other PSU's (power sucking units) that mask it's performance.

Nice freezer, but came with a dent on the lid.
I just unpacked the freezer. It was just the size I needed to put in the garage. Upon unpacking I noticed the top of the box was punctured and sure enough it penetrated to the lid. It's not an enormous dent, but a dent none the less. I have it plugged in to see if it works. So far, so good. I can hear the compressor working. I contacted Amazon and they gave me a discount for the damage. I'm satisfied....

Best freezer for the money
I bought two of these freezers when my big upright freezer failed. These freezers were surprisingly low cost and light so I could easily put them in the house all by myself. They are quiet and work perfectly. They look good and I see no low quality workmanship. After 2 1/3 years of use, they are still working perfectly.
