One of the power leads to my car battery which is in the boot is very short and not particularly flexible. When re-installing my battery after a charge, the lug on the lead which is a power feed to one of the fuse boxes had snapped! After a blind panic because the car was now off the road, I ordered this lug kit, some higher rated but more flexible cable and an appropriate crimp tool. My existing lug tool wasn't big enough. These lugs seem to be very strong and of high quality. I've had no problems since and it was commented on that with these lugs and the thicker cable, the headlights were brighter. Perfectly good lug kit and highly recommended.

Fitting solar on my boat need lots of terminals for the cabling and bought this inexpensive set of terminals, lugs, plastic covers to save fiddling about. Just the job, found a fitment for all my needs plus coloured plastic covers. At a very good price and lots left for future work. Really useful -recommended.

They work well, designed to be soldered but work just as well crimped. A good selection for the price. The only downside id that the Plastic hoods that come with them are not heat shrinkable. Otherwise an excellent product.

Had a broken battery clamp and needed to replace as lead just given up and no clamp on ther terminals. Cut cable out of clamps and I have a hydraulic crimp sits in blocks and crimps like factory . Allowing bolt.to mew terminals and all poor charger issues resolved. Good to have in tool box for an easy feed and crimp fix making any life easier.

Must write these connectors, so far in my test run, the biggest size connectors 25/8 size have carried 64amps of energy, for over half hour have not got warm , must be of the right metal of low resistance, surface of connectors don't look very professional quality,but are a good buy ,for carrying such a high load of energy,to which they are doing there job ! The garters give the finish job a professional look also can with stand a certain amount heat.

The lugs are ok fitted perfectly on the 16mm cable albeit the heat shrink are of poor quality.if I hadn’t of used 2 of them I would’ve sent them back.
