Nice parts the first time
I got this for two projects where I needed some extra strength. My first small test prints were nearly perfect, without the stringing of PETG or PLA, but I still had some lessons to learn.This ABS has much less adhesion to the print bed than the PLA and PETG I used before. This caused my first larger object to lift at one end, hitting the print head and creating an unacceptable "washboard" effect. The fix wasn't hard. I used the stick adhesive which came with my printer (other people use hairspray). That was enough to keep things stable.Note also that the ideal temperature for ABS is higher. I'm using 90 C for the bed and 255 C for the print head, but testing for your application is always a good idea.The first photo shows my real reason for buying ABS. It is a handlebar to add more comfortable hand positions on an indoor trainer. It clamps to the bike's original bar at two points, using steel bolts through the ABS shapes. Hex insets for the nuts worked nicely. This is the center part of the bar, to which I added "cowhorns" printed separately. I made D.I.Y white ABS cement from a recipe online and it worked great. I would not consider it responsible to ride a home-printed ABS bar on a road or trail, but for a trainer it seems more than strong enough. I should spray it with a UV-resistant coating since it does see some sun exposure through a window.If you look carefully you can see that one of the tall thin supports failed, but you can blame me or the Cura slicing software for that. Probably no material would have built that correctly. There was no harm to the final object.The other photo shows one of the test objects you can find online. It was printed with no supports and the "bridges" came out nicely with no stringing. I have not cleaned up this print. You can see that the underside of the large overhang is quite rough beyond 50 degrees, but the overall shape is right.

Excellent Low-Odor ABS, but Cardboard Spools Arrive Bent
Iโve ordered this Polymaker PolyLite ABS several times now, and itโs pretty much become my default ABS filament. Itโs consistently good, which honestly isnโt something you can say about every ABS out there.What I like:Low odor: This is the biggest win for me. Regular ABS can really stink up a room, but this stuff has a noticeably lighter smell. Itโs a huge difference compared to the cheaper brands Iโve used.Prints really well: It feeds smoothly, layers down nicely, and the colors match the product photos almost exactly. No surprises when you open the box, which I appreciate.Clean winding: Iโve never had a tangle or knot. The winding is neat all the way through the roll, which makes printing a lot less stressful.A couple small downsides:Cardboard spool: I like that itโs eco-friendly, but the spool doesnโt always survive shipping perfectly. A few times the edges arrived a bit bent. It still works fine on my spool holder, but it can be annoying if itโs really warped.One tip: Like any ABS, it absorbs moisture. Even though it comes sealed, I always dry the spool before printing. Once itโs dried, it prints flawlessly for meโno popping, no weird surface issues.

Good quality ABS filament
Excellent filament at a good price. Had no issues printing with it and I have an older Flashforge Creator Pro with the original MK10 hot end. No clogs, no odor, good adhesion, strong layer bonding and strength, and a nice smooth finish and color. I got great results with a bed temp of 100C and nozzle temp of 250C. Will be buying more for sure.

Excellent filament quality, but the cardboard spool creates AMS anxiety.
I have been using this Polymaker ABS and, strictly speaking about the plastic itself, it is fantastic. It prints smoothly, the finish looks great, and the mechanical properties are exactly what I expect from good ABS.However, I have to knock off a star for the cardboard spool. I run this on my Bambu Lab printers (using the AMS), and cardboard spools are a known weak point. While this specific reel hasn't failed on me yet, I have had issues in the past with cardboard spools deforming or the edges getting soft, which leads to retraction failures in the AMS.It makes the printing process feel unreliable because Iโm constantly worried the spool might warp during a long print. If you don't use an AMS, this is a 5-star product. If you do, just be aware that you might need to print spool rim adapters or respool it to a plastic reel to ensure it runs without hiccups.

Awesome filament had no problems. Did he say it was amazing stuck right on the plate itโs great because you can color it and it was tango free and it extruded very nicely.

Super good prints on a Qidi Q2
Way better experience with Polymaker ABS than Bambu, I get the reccomendation for eveything polymaker now. Super clean, stronger, better looking prints. No tangles, no clogs, flexible where I needed it. I just ran the built in Polymaker profile in Qidi Studio with outer walls slowed down slightly on the built in 0.20mm strength preset.

Super filament!
I use this ABS filament with the Polymaker ABS profile in Orca Slicer on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon, using an additional chamber heater.Printing has been straightforward with these settings. I did not need extra tuning. I had some minor bed adhesion issues with very small parts, but a brim usually fixes that.The filament has been consistently reliable. The spool is well wound, feeds smoothly, and I have not had any tangles or clogs. Print quality has been very good, including fine detail with a 0.2 mm nozzle. Layer adhesion is solid, surfaces come out clean, and I have not had warping problems when printing enclosed and heated.After using Polymaker filament, it is hard to go back to cheaper brands. It dries quickly and behaves predictably after drying.

Awesome stuff, my first abs printed great on my p1s with a panda breath set to 55 degrees Celsius. Printed a respooler and it works sweet!
