When I say my feet were bad, I mean deep cracks that would bleed and hurt to walk on. The splits were so deep they would collect dirt and look dark inside. My feet aren’t unrealistically baby-soft 24/7, but that’s realistic for my body. I deal with health issues that affect my skin overall, and I’m barefoot outside often. So my heels can get slightly dry, especially in areas I previously over-filed. But we’re talking mild dryness — not painful cracks. Huge difference. What I like most is that it actually penetrates thick skin. Petroleum jelly alone never did that for me. This cream feels smooth, not runny, has a neutral scent, and absorbs well. It feels like treatment skincare, not just surface moisture. My routine is simple: I apply this daily and sometimes seal it with a light layer of Vaseline at night. That’s it. It became a non-negotiable step. I even bought it for my mom. Her feet weren’t as damaged as mine, but when she gets dry patches, this makes her heels look smooth and youthful. I bought this urea cream awhile ago, as my podiatrist suggested that urea cream would help with calluses and dry feet. I have cracked heels and recurring calluses as I walk a lot. Of course, I procrastinated as my doctor suggested wrapping my feet in saran wrap after application at bedtime. It was just another chore to do on top of my other nightly regimens. Instead, I bought some plastic disposable foot covers to use instead of the saran wrap. I decided to try the cream on one foot first as I felt I couldn't walk around if I needed to, with both feet covered. I applied the urea cream, put the plastic foot cover on and went to bed. This first application was surprisingly effective and helped with both the cracked heel and callus. Of course, I will need to apply this more frequently to get my feet in tiptop shape. This cream comes with a nice pumice stone, with attached brush and cover. The cream isn't too thick, and isn't greasy. This cream is amazing and I am going to tell my friends about it too.

I purchased this for my husband as he has very dry, cracked heels. He has used it a couple nights, and there is a marked difference! I used it last night and it made my heels soft and supple. I do not care for the consistency- it feels sticky and the smell is meh.. but it does a wonderful job and it is for our feet so I can live with those minor issues. We have socks to put on after applying, so no sheets are harmed in the wearing of this cream…. So far so good!

A great exfoliator. I have extremely dry skin that doesn't exfoliate. I no longer need to file the layers off. I always read reviews with an open mind. The reviews that say it pills or beads up are using too much product and applying it wrong. A little is all that's needed and apply in long stokes, not in a circular motion. I use it nightly. Wash it off in the morning and use a 12% lactic acid lotion with a light layer of petroleum jelly. Wash that off before the nightly routine. Finally, I am no longer embarrassed by my skin. Some buyers state the smell as a turn off. I've used many products that smell great, the only thing they got rid of was my money! The smell isn't that bad, and it dissipates after a while. I was so impressed I ordered a second jar and will be a repeat buyer.

This cream works incredibly well for rough, dry areas. It absorbs quickly without feeling greasy and noticeably softens skin after just a few uses. Great for heels, elbows, and any stubborn dry patches. A little goes a long way, and it’s gentle enough for regular use.

I had really high hopes for this product based on the overall reviews and the reviews specific to keratosis pilaris. I used this daily on my arms after showering for 10 days. I immediately noticed the "white residue" others mentioned. I honestly believe that is just dead skin being sloughed off or exfoliated away by the product. When I noticed this, I would take a wet washcloth and gently rub it off then moisturize with my usual lotion. This wasn't a big deal for me because I shower post-workout in the evening so I'm just at home after. I was not fond of the scent. Again not a deal breaker, since I was at home after using. It wasnt offensive but I would have wanted to cover up the scent if I was going anywhere. Those two things combined, I would not have wanted to use this product at alI if I showered in the morning before work. Over the 10 days of use, my arms 100% definitely got noticeably smoother and seemed exfoliated without being irritated. I would definitely recommend if exfoliation/smoothing is the main goal. I have extremely dry skin and live in a dry climate, so I also need moisture. Unfortunately, that was the ultimate reason this product didnt work for me. It didnt soothe or seem to moisturize my skin at all. I felt like I was using more of my normal lotion in addition to this cream. I think it even made my skin seem drier overall (like later in the evening) due to it being a great exfoliant. The product is like a cream- similar to Ponds face cream but thicker. I did seem to use a lot of the product with each use due to it being thicker and not spreading easily. I don't tink one tub would have lasted me an entire month with daily use. Overall, great exfoliant-smoothes, poor moisturizer - doesnt soothe, not a good fit for my needs personally. Hope this helps!
