This is such an amazing inexpensive little tool! One of my favorite cleansers of all time is the Caudalie Foaming cleanser but sometimes it doesn't address issues that I'm dealing with and I'm always switching up my cleanser anyway based on my skin needs at the moment or how much makeup I've worn that day.This tool allows me to turn ANY cleanser into a lightweight foam! I love foam cleansers because they are so easy to use and rinse off (especially without having to use a wash cloth) and they leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed. They're gentler on the skin which makes them perfect for sensitive skin!This may seem like an unnecessary additional step, but it seriously only takes seconds to do and actually cuts the time of cleansing by half for myself personally.This is also fantastic for extending your cleanser! Some of my cleansers are extremely expensive and anything that allows me to extend the usage between repurchasing is a HUGE bonus and completely worth it in my book.All you do to get a soft dense foam is add a pearl sized amount of your cleanser into the cup, then add water to the water line which is marked outside of the cup. Stick the pump on top and gently start to pump up and down. It is plastic and lightweight and you don't need to use any force. It's very obvious when your cleanser is done foaming up as it will rise to the top. At the beginning you do have to kind of hold the lid in place as you start to pump but then you can let go because the suction keeps it in place.Scoop out the foam with your fingers after wetting your face (unless you prefer to dry cleanse) and go to work! You'll find that you don't even use all of the foam this little tool provides and you've used less cleanser than you typically would have!Then just rinse out the cup and pumps and let air dry.This tool is also a huge benefit for cleansers that don't lather which can be more difficult to work into the skin, yet it provides the same amount of cleansing capability.I really think that this is an invaluable little tool and if you're a skincare junkie like I am, you definitely need to have this little tool in your arsenal.Highly recommend!

You must whip it! And do not let the round bottom to the "pump" go down in the cup, it'll take almost breaking it to get it out!!! This is cheaply made but works... kinda, while it doesn't turn your cleansers into an actual whipped creamy feel... it does lather it and make it very foamy! It just takes very little soap and water to do so as well, just be super careful pumping it. I use it to save on product and my kids love love love it haha bubbles!!! Which is basically what you get, a great lathering of bubbles! I think for plastic, it's too pricey, tho they did make it cute. I would go back and work on a silicone or glass one with a wooded (even stainless) pump! Then you would have more than a plastic cup, rounded plastic plate with air vent for the lather and a plastic "stick" to pump with! I hope I can add the pictures! But I can't complain about it working because it does do the trick and gets good use! To answer would I purchase another if this one broke... nope. Not until they change it to some kind of material that will last longer than 2wks or longer as long as I oversee the kids pumping it... we already had to unjam it with baby oil and a pair of needle nose pliers!!! Again I will use til it does break tho!!! Note: in my video I used shower gel instead of facial cleanser, wondering it I would get a good whipped mousse and it done a lot better than my cerave face cleanser!!! Also, please ignore my stained sink, messy bathroom and fingernails please, been repotting plants!!!

I purchased this in esthetician school as a new, fun way to clean my face. This product is amazing! You simply put a drop or two of your facial cleanser in the bottom with a small amount of water. You then pump the handle and it creates a foam face wash. I also step it up a notch and use fan brushes to apply it to my face.

I bought this for fun and just fell in love. It makes tons of thick fluffy foam with tons of micro bubbles. The opening and the depth of the jar does make getting the foam out a little hard but not impossible. Foam is made pretty quick and it's super fun.I will say that you need a lot less water than you think and even less than the jar says you need. I use Clean and Clear face wash. A little less water than will cover the bottom of the jar and half a pump of soap makes a lot of fluffy foam! If your foam is drying to the skin or feels watery and draggy on your skin, you need either more soap or less water.I would recommend playing around with your soap to water ratio when you first try out this maker. Use half a squirt of your soap and then add a SMALL amount of water, and I mean SSSMMMAAAALLLL. You can always add more if needed. Pump the handle 5-7 times. You can do more, but if it's not making foam by that point it's probably not going to. Add a little more water and try again until you get the foam consistency you want and enjoy!Disclaimer: if your face wash already does not water down well (I know we've all added a little water to stretch out the life of a bottle) it's not going to foam well.

Good product

Very smooth and easy pumping and makes the smoothest foam! I can't believe I only started using this now. 1 to 2 small pumps of cleanser and a drizzle of water is already enough to fill the whole bottle with foam. I save a lot on my cleanser. Don't put in too much water because then you will have a layer of foam on top and a layer of just water at the bottom. More pumps mean firmer foam. Easy to clean and dry after each use.

Love this, transforms face cleanser to a whipped cream, reduces overusing skincare and can will foam any I didn’t use for another day
