The quality of the cups are thick and can withstand dropping or if it accidentally falls off, it won't break like the previous ones I had. Quick delivery as well. I got them t days before date given. I will buy again.

Missing cup

Great fire cups!
I received my cups and although I wasn't exactly overjoyed with the packing, they were individually wrapped and in packing peanuts. Two of the extra large cups had a weird veining/cracking that make me a little unsure if it was safe to use them. I emailed the vendor directly through Amazon and they were extremely quick to respond. All they asked for was a picture of the defect and within a total of two hours, I had new cups on the way to me. Granted, if it was a defect, it shouldn't have left the warehouse but the company was extra quick to make sure I was satisfied and had what I needed. All in all, it was an excellent transaction. I'd buy from them again.

Watch for return policy!
The jars are good quality but they are very heavy and you have to practice many times to keep jars staying on body. I have ordered #3 by reading reviews here and I was wrong. Size #2 will be preferable. I wanted to replace to smaller size and only choice I had to return it and place a new order. This company charging me $15 for shipping back. I see refund will be $25. almost 50% loss. Now I see Vandue just using Amazon platform to sell their goods. It should be very clear message for customers on return policy before submitting order. Ill not have business with Vandue anymore. There many competitors around to shop from.

These are plastic not glass. They need to be glass to work

This is a super expensive cupping. From the picture, I thought I'm receiving 5 of them but it is only one. I was not careful enough to read the details when buying it, but the picture is deceiving.
