Best Vitamin C period!
I take the soft gel ones but got these by my ordering mistake-took 1every 2 hrs. 24/7 X 2 days for UTI-got Rd of all symptoms! Softgels are larger than the capsule but still easy to swallow-I hope I like capsules as well-only Vitamin C I use-highly recommend

Couldn't take with MCAS
I was looking for a great source of lipsomal vitamin c. However, this has sunflower lecithin, which I cannot have since its high histamine. I went with another brand that doesn't have sunflower or soy lecithin in them.
