Are you able to dilute this and put it into a spray bottle?

I don’t honestly know. But I poured some on a rag to get oil n tar off my wife’s car and it really works great. I was impressed with this product.

Can it be used on wheels?

Yes, but its not a wheel cleaner

Can it be used on car paint?

Not if you want to keep the paint on your car. It destroyed my car paint and now it’s going to cost me 800.00 to repair it.

Is this product diluteable?

Not to my knowledge. I used it to get oil/tar off my white 2022 Dodge Durango R/T Plus. Was highly recommended by my detail guy #JamieTheCleaner
