Spring Loaded Laundry Hamper (Blue with Gold)

This is listed as white but I received black. Not a big deal. Also, it is a bit tricky to put together and takes about an hour to assemble. But it works as expected. I am anxious to see hot the bungee straps hold up over time to the constant pull of a load in the bag. Only time will tell with that. No more bending over for me. Also, the wheels make moving it around quite easy. It really does hold 3-4 loads!

After seeing these on Shark Tank, I couldn't wait to get the Lifter Hamper. Once they became available on amazon, I ordered several. I only unpacked one to test it out and loved it - for about a month. Then one of the straps on the bag broke rendering the whole hamper pretty much useless. Now, I have a bunch of these I was intending to give as Christmas gifts but don't want to gift them if there is a chance of them breaking! So the Lifter Hamper is a fantastic concept but does need some work (reinforced straps, locking wheels, easy way to remove the bag from the rack, etc.). Early adopters, beware.

This could have been a 5 star review but for the difficulty in putting it together and the really bad instructions that refer to unlabeled parts and don't even discuss the velcro strap that you apparently put between the bottom bars to apparently prevent a collapse. I don't know why manufacturers don't test products by having people who have never see the product try to assemble it. This product appeared on Shark Tank, and one of the criticisms was that it wasn't very mobile and thus veered from the reason why this product was invented (by an inventor with a bad back). With the addition of the casters it is much improved and more practical. If you have your clothes washer on the same level as the hamper you can roll this to the washer. This will be a back saver. The spouse (who has a terrible back) hasn't see it yet. Looking forward to surprising her.

I saw this product on Shark Tank. It is constructed of a fabric that lifts as you remove cloths making bending over unnecessary. It really works well and has wheels also. I would recommend this laundry hamper to anyone, although, it was tricky to put together.

We searched for a quality, functional laundry cart. After reading reviews, this product was highly rated, so we bought 2. Double the mistake! They arrived and lasted 2 month! Both resulted in broken straps with 2 months. My wife experienced the first break. When I placed laundry in the 2nd basket it broke the same way. This tells me the product is made made to last (other than 30 days...) The worst part is. When I attempted to resolve the issue with the vendor, they totally ignored me. I waited a week to give them opportunity. I understand that I missed the 30 day window. But a responsible Seller would have replaced, refunded, or at least RESPONDED. I do NOT RECOMMEND these carts. 0 for2 in 2 months. C’mon.

I'd give it 4.5 stars. This is the perfect hamper for people in wheelchairs, seniors, and those who have back pain. I got this for my mother who has Parkinson's. She's able to do laundry so much more easily. Her floors are hardwood, but the wheels are wonky nonetheless. Tip #1: The wheels are shipped in the locked position. Lift the tabs up to unlock, and leave it that way. Somebody who can't bend also can't reach to unlock the wheels, nor can the wheels be unlocked by foot. Tip #2: Don't face the cross bars sides when you roll it. The wheels only roll from the other sides. Note to Shark Tank Shark: I'd pay $10 more for better wheels--your target customer really needs them.

I wanted to like this but was disappointed. Item arrived as a bunch of parts. I found it confusing and difficult to assemble. I was giving it as a gift to a person with physical challenges and he looked at it and said, "No thanks!." I then was disappointed to learn it cost $10.47 to return it, in addition to already having to pack up and drive to the UPS store Getting the parts back into the box to send was impossible. . It seems like a great idea but the basket part is simply a cloth basket with elastic on the sides.

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased ... I purchased 2 actually and couldn't be happier. I had seen it on Shark Tank originally and was so excited to find it on Amazon! It was a cinch to put together and the instructions were clear -- I put them both together myself and it took all of 10 minutes: attach the bars to the X-frames and then insert the hamper bag and snap the straps ... easy as pie. I was able to fill it with about 2 baskets full of laundry so it holds a lot! This makes a great wedding or baby shower gift too! I'm going to order another to give my sister! LOVE. LOVE. LOVE!
