Love it
Works perfect. Easy installation. Sounds good. Itโs been a few months and battery is still working. It was a great purchase. You can change the sound for each. UPDATE: itโs been a year and itโs working perfectly

Works well for our small office environment
Works well for our small office application. One of six buttons did not work on arrival. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement quickly. Very happy with the purchase. Too soon to tell about battery life.

These work well, but my only complaint is that they do not sound for very long. You get about 5 seconds of illumination tosbee which room is calling, and you can't choose tones for different rooms, which would be handy.

Very helpful and easy
Love this. Works perfectly! Could not be easier as it plugs directly into the wall! We actually use this for appointments in our office. A number is assigned to each cubicle. When a worker is available, they press their button, which lights up a number at the front desk. The front desk then tells clients which cubicle to go to. Makes it very efficient! Loud enough for us to hear. Good value for money.

Buttons stopped working after less than a month. Not worth it

Adequate but could be much better
The set up is the biggest issue. Once out of the box, there is a plug and play, kind of. Once you place the receivers (with the plug attachment) into the wall, you have to deal with the annoying sounds it offers until you are all set up. The programming is not practical at all. If you have a hard time reading small print, the directions are impossible without a magnifying glass to see them clearly. The objective is to provide an easy and simple solution to the elderly and this provides great frustration unless you are a teenager. Otherwise, I would have bought something else that would be clear to read and operate.
