UPDATE: I got this 4 days ago and have used it every day. It was great and I really was impressed, but this morning while using it the device stopped. I thought must be the battery needs charged, I went to plug it in and it made a buzzing noise and the light did not come on. I tried plugging it in a few times, but it just made a buzzing noise. The device would not turn on. I did a return and they are sending me a free replacement. I will give it another try, hopefully it is just this one that was defective. -- I have never had a massage machine like this before and started looking for one. I like this one as it has a long handle and is easy to use myself. The other models would be I think better if someone else is using it on you (the best way to have massage), but when you are home alone this is really ideal! It would work fine too if someone else used it to give you a massage, but I got this looking for one I could use on my own. I have tried the extra attachments, but other than the half circle one for my calves I only like to use the half circle attachment. It really works best I think for everything. This is easy to use on the bottom and side of your feet (very relaxing). Also, on your low and upper back and the sides of your legs. For the back of my calves I do use the half u circle attachment as it works best. The battery came charged and I was able to use it out of the box right away. I charged it to be fully charged, but not sure I needed to. I can use it for 20 minutes and there is plenty of power left to use it again. I liked it so much I bought one for a gift already and I do think I will buy another one to give as a gift again. For the price and how great this is to use -- it really is a great gift to give others that makes a impression and is affordable.

It is a little heavy, but it probably is a good thing because the weight helps with the pain. I use this on my lower back and it has helped tremendously. Recommend.

April 5th Update: The customer service team is very polite and it seems that they care about improving their product and service, so I'm taking the time to write this. They replaced the defective Item with a good one and it works perfectly. It has a strong vibration and a long handle to make you able to work on your own back. The only thing that would make it better IMHO is that if it also had a 4-prongs attachment too. I used another brand of my friend's and the 4-prongs attachment is really good for some parts of the body. Also if they check the quality of the products before they send them to the customers, would provide a way better experience for the users. Especially when someone needs it for a painful health issue, having to wait some days for a replacement is not easy. Jan 30th: It was delivered last night and I desperately need it due to the severe back pain I've been suffering in the past few days and Dr's appointments are no earlier than 2 weeks but I have to wait for a replacement now. The packaging is nice, the item looks great and the vibration is so strong but the most useful attachment as shown in the pictures is in poor condition. The tip parts seams are torn up. They would fall off after a few times of use. I think they should do quality control precisely before sending them to customers. It looks like a very good product that they can do better with the quality of the attachments. I will upgrade the stars and review once I receive a replacement in great shape. additional info: It's pretty big as shown in the 4th picture. It weighs almost 2 lb with one attachment and 2.2 lb with other attachments and the charger in case you need to take it with you when traveling.

So far I really like it. It has a strong vibration and it's very helpful for the cramps I get in my thighs. It was as described and I received it quickly. It is a little heavy.

Had for 4 years now & still working like new. Always reliable, nice strong vibration to help with my severe back pain. The rubber sleeve came off the handle pretty early on, its not attatched well, but i just hold it on as im using it, it's not a big deal. Definitely recommend.

The best massager I have bought! I bought the white and gray one and it is really smooth and helps with circulation in my legs.. not bumpy like most massagers

I've had it for a few years, and it hasn't been used a lot, but still working (good) and the battery has a fairly long life (once charged, it seems that it can run for well over an hour - they claim 140 minutes and that may be about right). My complaints are that after about a year, the rubber handle just seems to keep sliding off. I've tried a couple types of glue and double face tape, but no luck at keeping the rubber handle to stay on the unit. My other complaint is that after about 2 years, the label on the control buttons (on/off, mode, intensity) came unglued. I glued it back, but now it's much harder to push the control buttons. I also don't quite like their intensity levels, since they seem to keep the same intensity of pulses, but change the frequency (ie: # pulses per minute). Probably not a bad unit for the price, but it could be better.

I use this on my neck and shoulders for muscle relaxation and pain relief. I have an old injury that flares up often, my upper traps are pretty much always in spasm. They're so tight when I roll my shoulders it feels like I've got marbles in there. It causes a lot of pain in my upper arms as well. This massager is very helpful in relaxing those muscles groups. The vibration is more intense than I anticipated but it gets to the deep aches that cause the most of the pain. I have several trigger points and knots that I am able to work out a bit and relieve some of the nerve pain. The interchangeable heads are excellent. There's a 3 armed one with little nubbins on it that works well for all over muscle relaxation. I use this one first typically to "warm up" my muscles. The middle section can get intense and almost painful on cold muscles so I always start it on the lowest setting and hold it lightly, with both hands if I can, to control the first few minutes easier. The smooth round one with the single nubbin on the end is made for trigger points and works well. I won't lie to you, it hurts. Even on the lowest setting this thing is powerful as firetruck and trigger points are painful anyway. I don't recommended applying this massager to any trigger points or especially tight or sensitive muscles/muscle groups unless you are familiar with your body, your own trigger points, and have an understanding of how to work the muscles to break up the knots safely. I bought this item under the guidance of my massage therapist. The cordless feature sold me and the product did not disappoint. I am able to use it often because it's not a pain in the basket to use, no cord makes it very convenient. Battery life is excellent, I've used mine for almost an hour straight on a less than full charge. The pulsations get weaker as the charge runs out, but it doesn't take long to juice it back up. Multi modes is also awesome. I have several options for the head piece and the pulse mode depending on what kind of pain I am having and where it is. That kind of versatility plus the strength of the vibration makes this pretty much an invaluable item for me. 4 stars for "easy to hold" only because it's a little heavy and that makes it difficult for me to maneuver when I am particularly sore or in a lot of pain. TL;DR - super versatile, strong as a mother firetrucker, kinda heavy, totally worth it. 9.5/10 do recommend

Great value massager compared to others on the market. The different attachments are versatile and helps relieve aches and pains. The various speeds and vibration patterns are also a good feature. The device has a little bit of weight but that’s good so you don’t have to push down hard to feel the effects. Have used other Renpho products before and so far it’s been great. If you're struggling with sore muscles, no matter what from, I totally recommend this! You have to power thru a massage sometimes, but it's worth it!
