Pfister hardware is excellent. This was sold used like new, but it was never actually installed, because everything was fresh as a daisy in the original box. It was probably sold in this manner because the valve handle was damaged because the box didn't protect it adequately during initial shipping. So it was $50 off the brand new $150 price! Amazon refurbished offers some great deals for quality products if you don't mind cosmetic blemishes.

Horrible product
I would not buy again. The finish is not very durable. In less than a year it is coming off. The shower handle does not stay in place well. It turns while it is running and you end up spraying the shower curtain instead of yourself and you have to keep adjusting it to the middle to get wet.

Really Nice
I priced these at Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards. The prices were ridiculous, and there was nothing even remotely close to the quality of the look unless you were willing to pay $250. I found this set and purchased with no hesitation. The shine is bling, and it’s super easy to clean. It lends a nice polished look to your shower without the cost. Ive had this for awhile and I have no regrets. I purchased another set for an additional property.

The shower lever shows tight up against the shower cover, it does not. Attached everything to specs and the handle sticks out and is extremely wobbly. Terrible design. Pictures don’t match the actual product. Did research online and tons of problems exactly like this problem with videos. Returned this product for refund.

Nice build quality , nice finish but when you use the shower head it is very restricted and had no pressure. Ended up putting the old head back on and order a different brand.
