This supplement is one of the best supplements of my life. I have been struggling with peri-menopause and this is what the doctor recommended me. Life changing. It takes about 4 weeks to kick in. Boy oh boy, it’s helped me so much.

I still get some warmth at night, but the frequency and intensity of hot flashes have noticeably decreased. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. It’s not a miracle cure, but it provides gentle, consistent relief. If you’re looking for a supplement to help manage hot flashes, this one is worth trying. He estado usando estas pastillas HerWellness Estrovera de Metagenics y en general mi experiencia ha sido bastante buena. Me gusta que son a base de plantas y sin hormonas, lo cual me hacía sentir más tranquila al tomarlas. He notado mejoría en algunos síntomas de la menopausia como los sofocos y los sudores nocturnos, aunque no es algo inmediato, toma un poco de tiempo ver resultados. Son fáciles de tomar y no me han causado efectos secundarios importantes.

Had issues with sleep and hormonal stuff. Not saying it's life changing so at once, but it is good for you. Recommend with water.
