Complete fraud with this product don't buy
Very uncomfortable very very bad experience with this product.. the product quality that is it's material is very hard which was meant to be a comfortable soft material as this product was expected to cure the neck pain not to increase it with its rigidness.. never buy this product it's a very poor grade poor quality product

Great for neck support and tension.
Great for neck support. Only 5-10 min daily use is enough. Comfortable, does not hurt neck at all. Good to use whenever I got migrain pain. Thank you Amazon.

Good for neck pain
it's really miracle after using this, my neck and shoulder pain reduced 90 % in 3 days use along with exersize. I will update my review after one months, Rubber qaulity is good but but softness expected as it's hurts little bit.

It is too hard
I am having exprience with cervical collar, inflatable Cervical Neck Traction device and Vissco Cervical Traction Kit with Weight Bag Sleeping model I was in the opinion that this item can replace the last one in simple and easy way. But it is very hard (at least for thin build) returned this and ordered mis placed part.Thank for all reviews on the same.

Really it's a very useful product
Really it's a very useful product who are facing the neck pain or spinal pain we can get relax with in 10 to 15 minutes
