Is the foam “pre-cubed?”

The foam is pre-cut in to small squares.

What is the screw knob for in the center of the Box between the fasteners

The knob on the front of the case can be removed but for now it doesn't do anything. Perhaps it could be used to install a lock of some type.

Do you sell replacement pluck foam for this case?

You have to contact AxiGear or search Amazon for the foam your looking for.
