I bought this phone(Nokia 2.4) and it doesn't take thr data from my H2O as sim card, why?

Could be that the APN settings are needed to be added by hand. Go to h2o's website and check what the settings are for their APN data settings. This is a normal problem when moving from one carrier to another.
