If I could give this 0 stars I would
Got this tablet for my daughter's birthday and within 10 of having it on the screen freaked out and turned itself off and now doesn't work at all. She didn't even get to play one game on it before it broke itself. I've tried several times to get it back on and nothing. I'm so mad as this was her big gift and now she has nothing and it's past the window to return since it was a gift and I get it early. DON'T GET THIS TABLET

Beautiful, but virtually unusable
This is a stunning tablet. Picture is beautiful, slim but sturdy built, and easy to set up. My kids were so excited. That excitement quickly died when they realized they basically cant use it. I will not connect to WIFI to safe its life. The connection/signal is so week that it 'connects' but not enough to do anything. I can stand right next the the router and it will only get enough to load an app, but not run the app. I cant hardly download apps, I cant play videos, you tube, or anything that takes the internet. Its a cheaper tablet, so i expected some limitations on speed and storage, but I expected it to be slightly slower, not impossible to use. I'm hoping I can get it to download enough OFFLINE games to make it usable, but i have little hope.

I have been dealing with the seller on this tablet. Had a problem and they were nice enough to replace it. The warranty had run put but they still made good on it. Thank you so much!!!

Great tablet
Brought this for my daughters birthday, it came pretty fast in the mail, was already semi charged but we charged it anyway before using and the battery life lasts a good amount of time as she only plays it a couple times a day. The screen is sometimes a little slow to react but it is good enough, I would recommend for a kids tablet definitely 👍
