Pro Hub Max Adapter

Gets warm during use but it does the job.

I have owned the previouse version which used a cable however after 5 years the cable contact from packin g and unpacking is loose intermitent. I opted for the non cabled version and happy with its form factor.

Compact and simple great variety of connectors very minimalistic a great all round solution.

What a load of garbage! I bought this thing in January, and it already can't even read an SD card after just 6 months? And to top it off, customer service is useless with their lackluster response. What a waste of time and money!

La verdad es que es un dispositivo genial, pero el puerto consume energía incluso con la MacBook cerrada. Incluso si solo se conecta el puerto sin ningún accesorio, mi MacBook se queda sin batería por la mañana. Por desgracia, esto la hace inutilizable y demasiado cara.

Es un adon para mi portátil de gran utilidad, la calidad y los acabados del dispositivo de muy buena calidad, a la altura de Apple, muy satisfecho, vale la pena

L'adaptateur/hub est un produit avec un design franchement réussi. Il est très complet, avec un nombre suffisant de ports : leur variété permet à l'adaptateur/hub de répondre à tous les besoins, entre carte SD, TV... Et l'alu brossé est du plus bel effet ! Seul le prix, un peu trop élevé, fait baisser d'une étoile la note.

The Satechi hub sounds good on paper, but I think it's better to explore dongles. This seems to be for portable people, but the hub is distinctly immobilising. Good: Seems like high speed, high quality materials and specs. Bad: Runs hot even with nothing plugged in Zaps power Sharp edges Slightly too high to sit flush. Overall, I wouldn't use this if you want to carry your macbook around. And if you want to stay docked, you can just use a dongle.
