Post-Workout Carb

I workout in the gym about an hour and 30 per day lifting weight and this is the best drink I look forward to drinking, thank god for the sugar cause if it didnt have it it’d probably taste like crap plus its dextrose its sugar! if you don’t like the results of using this product then you are probably not working hard enough I promise you if you spend an hour and 30 to 2 hours in the gym like a dedicated individual like me you will love this product. It tastes great! I’ve only tried the rainbow sherbert but the lemon is arriving today so looking forward to trying that

I use this after daily runs. This is a great product for post work outs and is easily digestible! Lemon is my favorite flavor and dissolves quickly and completely when mixed with water! I’ve have been using the product for a few years now, it’s worth the cost (very affordable compared to other products on the market) and I’ll continue using this in the future!

Great taste, great price, great value. I turn 30 servings into 60 as I half the dosage to get even a bigger bang for my bucks. I do not use while on a cut just because of the sugar. I definitely do miss it after my workouts while cutting and the great sweet treat taste. It helps you recover faster from your workouts. I usually mix my creatine in it to help drive that into my body at the same time! Too bad they only offer certain flavors at a cheap price, but it is what it is. Mixes well and easy.

The product tastes good (Mandarin Orange), and you can definitely feel a difference. This product however, only contains dextrose and sugar. Dextrose is good, but it does not contain things like BCAAS like I thought this product would. I already get BCAAS from my Whey Protein, along with other things that are beneficial for post-workout. If you do not get this, for the post-workout to be the most effective, you also need to get the "Active blends matrix" which will cost about 37$ for 30 servings. Combined that is roughly 60$ which is crazy, so I would suggest that if you already have a BCAA source through whey or otherwise; to just get this one. I do notice a significant difference using this product though, and would recommend it, just know that this particular product is dextrose and sugar.

I had been taking my L-Carnitine WRONG! .... 😒Because I was trying to skimp on the carbs,I just wasn't burning fat the way I wanted.... and the flipside was that my gains were minimal... I read an article that said you test subjects who lost weight with L-Carnitine were taking it first thing in the morning with 80 GRAMS of fast digesting carbs 😳😳😳.... No way could I eat that much in addition to a protein source! .... 🤔.... Especially since you have to do it twice 4hours apart! 😳...So I reseached and even looked at unflavored dextrose....THEN ...found THIS BRAND... and I thought 🤔 ..... Everything I have ever tried by JYM has been tasty 😋.... Now I drink a cocktail of 7g BCAA 1g Citrulline Malate 3g Acetyl l Carnitine 1 Scoop Jym Post *I have seen EVERY result I want using this mix.... Also, this stuff is DELICIOUS 😍 👌 ... It's like the good Kool-aid from ur childhood when it was made with sugar!

Pretty subjective performance for this type of product but I've been real happy with the flavor and it seems to be working real well. Admittedly I look forward to this at the end of the workout and I haven't noticed anything but positive results. I do like the fact that this particular product seems to mix well and it's not a fight like some others.

It tastes really good my only issue is justifying the amount of sugar vs other types of fast absorbing carbs. I think if they can tone that down this product would be hard to beat.
