One bag has seeds, dried cranberries, almonds, and walnuts, one bag has raisins, walnuts, cranberries, and seeds, and the other bag has walnuts, almonds, pistachio sunflower, seeds, and raisins. These items are very nutritious, fresh, and tasty. Excellent to pack and lunchboxes for your kids or when you need a quick snack for the go. Calorie amount is good to help. You have a light breakfast or lunch and not fall asleep or become sluggish if you’re working or doing stuff around the home. What was most pleasing about these snacks was just how filling they are. While I would have appreciated a slightly larger bag individually, this is a solid snack; my favorite (pictured) being the baggie with the Brazil nuts. The cranberries in the bags might be overpowering to a few, but you can’t deny how fresh each snack tastes. Overall, most people should be satisfied with these snacks.

I have these in my medical office for patients (and sometimes staff) to munch on. They are really good and people appreciate having a healthy option.

Very easy to use and well mixed organic dried fruits and nuts. An organic trail mix that I have used for years. - I do mix them together into my old class jars (Organic Apple Butter Spread) to make it easier to separate the mix with 'too many cranberries' so sugar is less. The sizes of the mixes are nice. Nice energy booster when working out, traveling, etc. And my grandkids love it.

Each of these packages has just enough nuts, dried fruit and pumpkin seeds to be a satisfying snack. If you are still hungry you can of course eat two packages which my husband seems to do. I put these in our snack box for anytime we need some food fast. These taste mostly of sweet cranberries with a little tartness and the crunchy unsalted nuts and pumpkin seeds.
